Sports aerobics is not a well-known sport in Poland, but has been gaining popularity in recent years. It is a combination of gymnastics, acrobatics and dance. Sports aerobics requires strength (both static and dynamic), flexibility, and endurance. A competitor prepares a two minute routine to high-paced music (150-160 BPM). The routine consists of intricate choreography, as well as obligatory and bonus elements from various skills sets. These elements can be jumps, push-ups, presses or flexibility skills. Routines can be competed as solos, mixed doubles, and trios.
We encourage all dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts, acrobats and pole dancers to join us.
The section trainings were suspended due to the lack of participants.
